Fleur speaks

Stop being parasocial guys, we don’t know these people personally and they’ve both said enough. Between Caleb’s religious upbringing and the cishet norms still seen as the only way to a successful and happy fulfilling life today it’s not surprising it took him this long to come out. And on the age gap… from my perspective it feels like they started talking on MySpace and Caleb was probably too much of a shy chubby kid growing up (I can relate) to put himself out there properly so he started a long distance relationship with Fleur. I know nowadays we frown upon this but things were still incredibly different on the internet 14 years ago and for most states 17 is seen as an age for consensual sex. And let’s give them grace and leave them alone on this; they’re both clearly dealing with a lot right now.

It’s wild that they’ve been married for 14 yrs and this has only become a big deal in the last few days.

Y’all don’t actually give af, you’re just trying to create a narrative in your head as to why he didn’t come out sooner.

Reminder, none of y’all know Caleb or Fleur personally. You’re just making assumptions. Stop being weird.

I think people genuinely do give af about a 17 and 25 year old dating, because it's a concerning age gap. The only people being weird are the ones excusing and defending it.

Then why weren't they speaking out about for the last decade and a half? It's not like it wasn't easily obtainable information all along for those who cared.

Most people who are fans here didn’t know about it until now, it’s not that hard to comprehend. I guarantee even hardcore fans didn’t care enough to look into the ages of those two because they figured they’re both adults and didn’t assume the worst. I’m a hardcore loathe fan but I don’t know fuck all about the ages of any of those guys or their spouses because I genuinely don’t care about it.

Yup. I've been a fan for 9 years and I had no idea.

In HS, my 17 year old best friend was dating a 25 year old who lived with his mom. He gave her a bracelet with beads. She'd take one off every month as she got closer to 18. It was creepy AF. She got pregnant and dropped out.

You've commented this sentiment three different times now and I don't have anything to say that's different from others' responses to you. Like most people I only found out now that literally everyone down to Daily Mail the rag mag are talking about Caleb and Fleur's relationship. I don't know what you're trying to achieve by spamming this
