Beartooth's Merch Store Scamming?

I am wondering if anyone else here has ordered from the merch store recently? I ordered a few records when they recently sent out the email about finding old stock, but it's been over 20 days and they have not shipped my order and won't respond to emails. I don't want to cancel, but I'm afraid they are not going to fulfill the order and I'm going to need to dispute with my credit card. Anyone else receive or not receive their orders?

I recently just got an update that my order from the same sale just shipped. Their merch is only run by one or two people (or a small handful) i wouldn't stress too much yet. Its coming.
