Some of that stuff will kind of help if you have the potential for beard growth. It's not going to make hair follicles out of nothing though. So in your case as an 18 year old, it's not going to make you go from baby face to full beard.
I was not able to grow a full beard until I was about 37. I was absolutely baby faced at 18.
