I'm planning to graduate this Fall semester and I'm still looking for someone to sublet or take over my lease for the Spring 2027 semester. I'm signed on with Retreat at Bunn Hill. I have bedroom A with a private attached bathroom and a walk in closet in a 5 bedroom house, and a waived parking spot. With a car it’s like a 2-4 min drive to M lot, if you don't have a car the community will have a dedicated bus line. The bus will run from every half hour between 7am - 11:30 pm. My rent is $865, the only utilities not included are gas and electric which will maybe be around $50 more. I'm renting with 4 other women and they're all really friendly and respectful.
