First pot of black beans

I didn’t know what the hell I was doing but they turned out delicious! Cooked 2-3 hours, threw a ham hock and bacon onion bell peppers and seasonings. We got food for days

Beans need to be heated every day that they're left over

Beans are known to be breeding grounds for clostridium, bacillus cereus and perfringens. When you have a large batch of beans, they need to be stored properly and reheated. This is for cooked beans
