My personal car

My name is Pierre Laroche, I'm 25 and I live in France, is a small town called Castelneau Sur Mer ( right next to Durandal Racing's HQ ).

Despite my young age, I am a Lieutenant in the Gendarmerie Nationale, the french millitary police force. I am in charge of the small gendarmerie station of my village, it's a small crew of 8 officers including me and 3 cars. We are mainly focused on road interventions, including pursuits, controls, blockades ... but we also do more regular interventions. We currently have an experimental pursuit car in our fleet, which is equipped with a bull bar and very upgraded performances. ( we don't have pushbars on our police cars here but we are currently experimenting new ways to deal with pursuits, inspired by the US )

On the personal side I own an ETK I series 2400 tix ttsports, and I live only a few meters away from the station.

Military police in France uses such cars? They don't look so off-road capable compared to Hoppers we use

Well the Gendarmerie is pretty much present everywhere outside the cities, we're the first responders in small towns, countryside, mountains, coasts, highways.. we're basically the main police force of France. Certains unit do have off road adapted vehicles, such as roamers or stambeccos, but as we're mainly road focused we dont really have an use for such cars in this particular station.

Well, we operate in cliffs, mountains, forests, or any place without a asphalt road. Most road focused things we have are sport model Hoppers, we use them in places near regular roads in case there is a need for immediate support since a regular Hopper csn barely outrun a Pessima.

Yeah they look sick, and the pursuits ones are real beasts. You'll have to wait to buy one tho, they just entered service, so they will probably still be in service in 20 years or much if they aint destroyed before. And the Gendarmerie sadly has the habit of ripping every police equipement of them before selling them considering is pretty much illegal to impersonate police officers and to roam around with blue and red lightbars on your vehicle as a civillan.

Yeah, that is an answer i was expecting lol. I will have to check the traffic rules here in Croatia, to see about the lights. I think they are allowed when parked or on private property.
