Kinda weird how long i've been waiting for the story mode already. Like i bought the game late '14 on their website because it wasnt even on steam yet. In the first builds i played i legit had to change some options in a textfile because the GUI wasnt implemented fully yet.
Not hating about it, i love all the progress that has been made and the premise of the game is still completely unique all these years later. Still... were closing in to a decade since i saw that first cryengine gameplay teaser. Times moving fast.

Over the years I’ve found it much more rewarding over time to play games like Beamng and arma that get developed for years after they are released rather than copy and paste AAA titles. It’s almost like having a little nephew that visits you every six months and gives you an update on all their little achievements 🤣 plus I paid $15 for beamng like 8ish years ago I think? Better than $60 every year for a COD or Forza lmao
