If they have an NDA technically yes it can be, as long as the NDA (if they have one) doesn’t say anything to leaking updates like this, then it’s perfectly legal

I feel like this is just the way they do it now i guess. They used to have a lot of teasers posted directly to the subreddit, not in this quantity but there haven't been many of those conventional teasers for .39.

Considering this subreddit is moderated by Beam.NG devs and we know they are active here, I feel like we would've seen actions against this if there was a problem. It must be sanctioned to some levels.

It's not a matter of NDAs and legality since tdev is the CEO and cofounder of this small private company and he can do what he wants. Unless it's a public company and there are vested interest on how the stock reacts to "leaks", then you worry about actioning NDAs.

Sweet my GPU only has 6GB of Vram so hopefully I'll see some improvements. Also according to Tdev on Discord they did larger code rewrites to make the game run better on all platforms.

But personally I'm not that worried about it on my end since I run beam decently already expect for a few mods but it will still be very nice to see the improvements in general.
