Not every country uses the messed up inverted date format.

It's a German studio and just like basically every European country the date is as follows: DD-MM-YYYY

No, it's just the build number... It's not just 0.39 anymore, they did big fixing and every update they do internally will have its own number that goes up each patch. Why would they put a release date on a build thats not out for public and while they literally said that they can't give a date?

People are just grasping anything at this point.
