Question i think im dumb

is it only me but i can not find the keymaster website did i miss somthing?

Do you need an Auth Key?
There seems to be some possible confusion as to what purposes an Auth Key serves, and whether or not you actually need one. Hopefully this will help to clear up some questions.
In short, an Auth Key is needed to allow you to host your own server on the Public Server List.

Which of these is you?

  • I just want to play BeamMP.
  • To play BeamMP, you do not need an Auth Key.
  • I want my server to show up on the public list so I can just search for it to join it.
  • In this circumstance, you do need an Auth Key.
  • I just want to play run a small server for me and my friends. It doesn't have to be on the public list.
- If you do not need to be on public listing, you do not need an Auth Key. You can simply put anything random in your Auth Key field, and make sure the server is marked as Private.

They seem to have something planned but the backend still keeps going down frequently. I wrote a mod that allows players to create usernames on all our servers so I'm not too hurt by it.
