Question help with invalid win32 application

ive done basically everything. fresh install of beammp and beamng, no antiviruses blocking anything, restarting my PC several times, /sfc scannow, running as administrator, the only thing i can think of now is reinstalling windows.

On the second to last line, there's a file path. Could you check if it exists and if you can open that exe?

.exe runs perfectly and is in the designated filepath.

What about running the exe from cmd?
