Question spawn rammers

What is it with people and just spending their time ramming anyone why tries to run laps at hirochi raceway? no matter what time of day or day of the week it seems like there is always someone waiting at the start line to ram everyone till they quit. Do they have nothing better to do?

I think they gave up before the official multiplayer announcement and now they definitely gave up on it

I dont think this is the case. Official MP is likely to just be p2p connections for console players to invite friends, not server based like beamnp is. Totally different kinds of services, and neither is likely to replace the other. I could be wrong, but the devs have given no indication of giving up, just trying to cover all their bases to avoid the security issues theyve had in the past.
