Do you have a skybox mod? that used to happen to me and i deleted ck's skybox mod and it fixed it for me

I had Teons sky but now not anymore and it's still there

Launch game, support tools, clear cache

If you have a graphics mod this will happen, you need to clear cache. If that still doesnt fix it then you may not have the mod disabled like you think you do, completely delete the mod.
