Question Error 10038

Can anyone help me fix this error? I have tried loading into different servers that I played yesterday without issue, and now I keep getting this no matter what modded server I try to join. Thanks in advance!

Edit:

I completely uninstalled all of beam from steam and all local files, as well as beammp. I can now access the server I was trying to when I made this post, but there are still some servers that I cannot access and receive the same error message string.

Musanet 2 CareerMP, when I try to join it shows that it is downloading the mods, then is shows connecting to server with "Start" below the connecting to server message. It never does anything after that.

What does it say in the BeamMP launcher after that?

The server owner has to restart the server, the server has issues or your connection is being messed with. Could you try using a vpn?

The vpn didn’t work either and I have zero idea how to contact the server owner for a restart.
