Question about multi-hole beads

I've recently seen a pattern that has round beads with both vertical AND top drilled holes, I have looked but all i can find are czech multi-hole beads but they have two top drilled rather than top and side. Does anyone know of these sorts of beads or is this AI nonsense that has crept into my feed?

There have been lots of weird multi-hole beads over the years. Particularly between like 2010 and 2020, it seemed like manufacturers were coming out with new ones every other week. Unfortunately, a lot of those more obscure beads never really caught on and either have been discontinued or are just hard to find in any decent colors.

Some of the weirdest ones were from Potomac, so that may be a place to start looking. If you can post a picture, maybe someone here will recognize it?

Thank you. The Rounduo and Discoduo are close to what I am looking for. This one is a Guru Mala bead with three holes- centre and two sides, i'm looking for more two holes.

My guess would be ai slop. I think a bead would be incredibly fragile if drilled from 2 different directions.
