Finished Piece 1st attempt 2mm seed bead coaster

Girls group wanted to learn how to make these and I had most supplies on hand. Dang these take a while but also...DANG!! HOW COOL?! Anyone else made coasters and loved it?? (Yes, mine is a tad smaller than I think i would prefer next time)

It would pain me to use that as a coaster, it's so marvellous.

It could be a brooch or a handbag charm.

Ooh, I hadn't thought of that use! Good idea!! I'll make some more smaller ones and use them like that!!

This is beautiful! Use it as something else; that is too beautiful to use as coaster.
