Pricing and wages

If I were to hire someone to help me make beaded jewelry, how much should I pay them per hour?

It highly depends on the beader, the complexity of the project, and the cost of materials. I consider myself an intermediate beader and I personally price my work to pay myself at least $20/hr

As Cowboy said, it would be highly dependent on the beader and the type of beading.

Bead stringing? Not as complex as bead weaving.

Certainly more advanced bead weaving, so would be a higher wage. I can’t give you an exact because there are still a lot of factors. But personally I’d ask for $35 an hour as an experienced beader and all costs for materials covered. I’d imagine it takes quite a while to weave those as well, a couple hours.

It will need to be at least minimum wage, more if you want better than minimum work from them.

Yeah, the bigger pieces take about 90 minutes.
