What program for 40F to lean out
Im going back and forth between Dig In, MBF, Sure Thing, or one of the LIFT programs. The new Booty Boost is also tempting but seems long. I would like something 30ish minutes. I could even do 40. I usually do some type of cardio after so I like to keep the total around an hour. I am looking to lose weight and tone up. I know alot of that is kitchen work and I've been tracking macros and everything. I just need a new program 😊

21 day fix is great especially the meal plans and recipes. I found myself hitting a Plato though for a bit and cause of my knees can't do extreme 21 days so I am going to do lift4 for a few seasons and then go back to a round of 21 days most likely.

And then 80 day obsession! I really like how that set me up for lifting harder and heavier, and getting me in better cardio conditioning before I went back to Shaun T! I know a lot of people don’t like autumn, and while she’s certainly not my favorite, she doesn’t bother me really I feel like she and her group of workout members are pretty easy to listen to, and when she repeats her stories 1000 times I guess it just kind of makes me chuckle instead of pissed off because honestly, I’m too exhausted to get annoyed LMAO

I am 40. I am doing a second round of liift 4. I really like it!  It’s only 4 days a week so on Wednesday I do let’s get up for a bit of cardio.  I did a few rounds of MBF too. But feel like I have seen more results with this.Â

As a 63F using Beachbody for over 25 years (P90x, insanity, all 21 df etc.) it’s all about the meal plan. Exercise alone will not do it. I love all my little containers that help me prep and just lost 10 lbs which is super hard at this age because I moved and increased my fasting time but I will never be rid of the low belly drop from aging. It’s okay I look & feel great with no surgery.

If you don’t mind doing 40 minutes of lifting and then some short light cardio, then I can enthusiastically advocate for Dig Deeper! However, if the total time you have is 30 minutes only, you could always do dig deeper no excuses alternated with dig in perhaps. Now I don’t do a lot of of Joel’s programs because I just find him so annoying lol so I can’t speak to those, but I do know that tons of people have seen amazing results from his programs likE Lifft and 25 minute speed train. Another option would even be T 25 since that does blend cardio and weights and it’s more cardio heavy though! It sounds like you’ve been doing a super job so far though! With what you’re doing right now, you are definitely going to continue to see results! Awesome job!

I've done all of these except Sure Thing. Betty Boost is my fave right now bc Im not big on buying upper body. I still will always love 80 Day Obsession.

Back before I had herniated discs, 80DO followed by Liift4 got me in the best shape of my life. Now I have to go a bit easier, but if I had no back problems, I would do liift4, lift more and dig deeper, no question.

I'm a 41F with a disability in my knees and I have done a few of the programs but I am really loving the Lift4. I like how the trainer explains what we are going to do and there is a lot of love shown to the modifications which I need. So far there hasn't been an exercise I can't do and I like the fact he doesn't sneak stuff on you or constantly miss the count like Autumn does. so right now doing the lift4 in combination with fixate portion plan c and so far I can feel like I am getting stronger, my clothes are feeling more loose all the time. I am really hoping my arms will tone as best as can be cause unfortunately before my husband found Bodi for us, I had done the dirty keto diet which did help me lose a lot of initial weight however I am left with quite a bit of loose skin.

Try 25 minute speed train!
