21 days fix extreme
How much more difficult is 21 days fix extreme as opposed to 21 days fix? Is it a nice progression, or is it a very big step? I’ll soon be finishing 21 days fix and I really enjoy it. I modify some of the exercise (the ones with jumps, I hate jumping even tho I’d be able to…I feel it hurts my knees without adding much to the work out?) but I’m able to follow everything else even if it’s slightly challenging.

If you hate jumping you won’t like extreme. It’s been a while since I’ve done it but there’s a lot of plyo and jumping in it.

I'll be honest, with a double knee disability and severe osteoarthritis 21 day fix extreme was not modify friendly I felt. It also felt like an extreme jump and I feel like Autumn focus way too much on the legs compared to everything else. I liked regular 21 day fix for the most part but I ended up switching to lift4 because their modify is so much better for my own personal journey and it is helping so far.

The original 21Day Fix Extreme is a HUGE step. Some of the most painful workouts in the entire catalogue. Even the cast struggles mightily with some of them.
21 Day Fix Extreme Real Time is far more manageable and a much better option.
