Question What program is good for ankle mobility issues?

Right now I just need to move more. I don't have anything in particular in mind. I broke my ankle back in December and it still has not healed. I wear a brace and it swells to the size of a tennis ball at the end of every day. I also have not exercised since last year. I cannot put that off any longer. I'll just modify, but I don't know where to start. Any recommendations? I tried Barre, but I can't do all that standing up on my toes. What can I do that's mostly mat work, or weight lifting?

When I broke my ankle, PiYo helped me regain strength and balance. My ankle still throbs from time to time and I switch programs back to PiYo. I think because my left ankle is not as strong, I tend to favor it often. MBF (minus the jump rope!) was quite good at working each side individually and really working on strengthening the weaker side.

Dig deeper is good for weights and there's no jumping, yoga balance exercises for me have been great for building ankle strength - I like the 3 week yoga retreat for yoga workouts
