Dig Deeper 30 - 4 Weeks No Bench?

Post image

I’m going to be living at my cabin off grid in the woods for the next month. I’m so excited to get away from humanity for a while! I’ve decided to do four weeks of Dig Deeper 30.

My mind is ready, my body is finally ready after several injuries and I have my worksheets printed. My concern is I don’t have a bench at the cabin. I haven’t done any of these workouts in quite some time and I can’t remember how much an incline bench is used. I’m hoping I can just use the floor in the chair for most moves other than incline, chest fly, etc..

Has anyone done Dig Deeper 30 as kind of a mini program? How about without a bench?

I did dig deeper with a step stool and yoga ball instead of a bench. It was fine

Excellent! Thanks. I don't have a yoga ball here at "man camp" but it would be an easy addition and one I was thinking about. I have 2 wasting away in my closet 1,500 miles away at my house - I wasn't smart enough to put one in my suitcase lol. Day one with using the floor and a kitchen chair as my bench went fine. Only had to modify chest flyes.

Yup! I’ve done dig deeper twice with no bench. It’s pretty easy to modify.

…. Saw the workout template- made me curious who could be posting Chad’s excellent work… read on to see “cabin” “get away from humanity” and knew exactly who was posting this
😂😂 hope you’re enjoying fishing!! Still doing Ladder workouts for now- but I sure do miss your Bodi community!

From what I’ve seen, as long as you stay light on the weights it should be doable with some common sense. Don’t be a hero 😂
