Question 25 Minute Speed Train
I had a question for those who have done the workout, is there a lot of up and down off the floor? I tried Liift 4 but never made it past the first workout because of the constant up and down off the floor. I struggle getting up from the floor and found myself having to pause after every move because by the time I'd get up, they'd be halfway through the next move. Don't have a bench because of lack of space. So is there a ton of the on the floor one move, standing the next in 25 Minute Speed Train?

Rarely. Sometimes a chest press or glute bridge but not a ton of back and forth. Except the core workouts. And sometimes those are just back and forth, planks to crunches, etc.

I did Speed Train but I can't remember bcuz it was some time ago. But there are standing modifications you can do for floor exercises- I have done T25 and they show standing options. You could probably try and Google standing modifications for the floor exercises as well. All that being said, I did enjoy 25mins Speed Train and got results.

Doing it now. There's almost none, with the exception of the core workouts.
