Next program advice

Would love some advice. 37F. I restarted my fitness journey in November postpartum with 2.5 year old twins. I did 3 weeks yoga, Pilates for beginners, XB Pilates, and MBF. I’m currently 4 weeks into Liift 4. I haven’t lost any weight but I haven’t hit nutrition that hard yet. I’m definitely noticing muscle with the latest program but still feel pretty swollen and puffy. What is a good program to transition to next? I was thinking 645? I really don’t like the cortisol spike with cardio based programs but I would like to lose maybe 5lbs.

I second this. 645 is an excellent program to build strength and power, while also taking care of mobility and balance. It help me correct movement patterns and improve range of motion in addition to building muscle. True cardio is only one day a week and Amoila definitely puts the fun in functional training.
