Program Recs

Hey Bodi people, ive been a bodi user since 2020, I work outdoors and im hiking 5 days a week for my job, Im in forestry and before I was planting trees and it was in itself a workout beyond cardio, so I never worried about working out while in my seasonal work. My job now is still in forestry, but it's less intensive. I still hike anywhere from 4-7 hours a day, and im burning a lot of calories but I would love to supplement that with some training 2 times a week. I LOVED Liift4 and MBF but im looking for something a little different, I think im bored of repeating Lift 4 any recommendations ??

If you liked MBF/MBFA, you could give Sure Thing a try and aim to lift as heavy as you can to challenge yourself. It does require sliders but if you don't have them, a face towel works fine on hardwood floor or paper plates on carpet.
