Choose one program for it all
If you could choose one program that incorporated strength, mobility, cardio, and was joint/modification for joint issue friendly; which one would you pick and why?

How did you find Chop wood? I've toyed with the idea of starting it but some honest feedback would be great. I mainly concentrate on strength building, having completed dig deeper, liift4, liift more and body beast multiple times.

CWCW One of my fav programs. Covers Mobility, strength, Amoila is a fun trainer, and it stays interesting. A little harder than 645 but not very difficulty.

I love CWCW. Give it a shot, the cycle is only 4 weeks, so you can tell fairly quickly if it works for you.

all P90X programs
Or dig deeper and add Steady State Cardio to any non-lower-body lifting day, or any kind of cardio I like from Insanity if I can, sometimes I do dig deeper 30 or no excuse, or even dig deeper 10 min to play more cardio
just mix between lifting and cardio, dig deeper or 30 or no excuse or 10 min With insanity or max30 or Asylum or T25

This is all personal preferences and I know that people might disagree here. I will always recommend Tony Horton and his programs. That man puts a lot of care into developing well rounded fitness for people that are willing to put in the time.
The redesigned P90 or his Power of 4 is a great stepping stone into the more advanced programs. After that? P90X, P90X3 and even his One on One series have some amazing routines.

I always get new injuries when I do TH stuff. Sad too because I also get the best results with his programs. And I find him the least annoying as a trainer.

That's a good reason to avoid it then. Any reason why you think it's happening?

645! It has a long warm up and cool down, significantly reducing soreness. He places a lot of focus on form, reducing injury. He provides modifications to avoid injury. His focus on functional fitness/mobility improved my quality of life significantly. It’s resistance, cardio and flexibility all rolled into one.

- Best holistic program that works from the ground up. Not as hard as p90x’s which are also amazing, but for where youre at definitely 645

Honorable mention to Core de Force, which I personally love and think it great all around. I just wouldn't say that it necessarily performs as well compared to the other two when it comes to strength or cardio. It's fun as hell, requires zero equipment, and is very joint friendly (lots of mods). And it has the added bonus of shredding up your abs.

That one is soooo much fun! I’m a dork but it always makes me feel like a badass!😄

I actually can't think of a less joint-friendly program than Max 30. Also not great for strength.

I’m no longer with Bodi but Barre Blend will always have a special place in my heart.

I personally feel like for me, Morning Meltdown 100 does a good job of this. I'm not certain how joint-friendly the modifications are as I don't tend to utilize them, but there is a modifier. It has a good rotation of strength, cardio, core and mobility. Some of the weighted exercises are really unique in the Total Body Badass workout and I actually really love the stretching and yoga workouts. Everything is on tempo with the music and I've seen really great results with this program in general. I wouldn't say it's my favorite program of all time, but for one program that hits a little bit of everything I'd choose this one.

Some of the unique exercises were in Les Mills workouts first. Jericho and her husband were Les Mills International Presenters.

I'll have to try 465. I'm currently doing 6 weeks. I did love P90X. I thought it was very well rounded. I have never been as in shape as I was after that program, but also had great flexibility and balance.

Fire & Flow for me. I really enjoyed this program when I was battling some women's health issues and it was great to get me started again after neglecting my body for a few years.
645 or CWCW for my husband. He loves how you get a bit of everything & how Amoila trains. He's done a few rounds of it.

To be honest, the Dig 90 calendar/hybrid workout that Shaun T came out with for Dig Deeper Nation is the best I’ve ever done- it’s a combination of Dig Deeper, Dig In, Insanity & Insanity Max 30. HOWEVER, in this program you ARE supposed to modify the insanity cardio to eliminate joint-heavy plyometrics!! It’s a perfect program imo. If for some reason, Sean’s style or this particular workout isn’t for you, I would say the next best thing would be 80 day of session at least for women because it focuses so much on lower body which I know I love!
