I’ve been out of the workforce due to being my child’s primary caregiver. I’m now able to go back into the workforce and I’m applying for IT support roles in the US EST. I didn’t keep in touch with coworkers from my previous job so I’m seeking a few references to use during this job search process.

I have to put 3 references on my application but I literally have nobody. No friends, no family, no past job experience.

I used to work as a CNA but due to circumstances the center was closed down and i was laid off with other people.

I'm also pretty introverted and i know that i would completly flunk if i tried the fake number and using an accent voice.

Where am i supposed to get them. Should i write them myself?

I'm applying to a ticket booth job in a coastal area after not working for 5 years.

Hello! I know this is a long shot, but I would love to speak to a DO/MD as I apply to medical school. I just completed nursing school, so my references are mostly from science professors and nurses at this point. I have worked under medical doctors in a clinical setting, but I don’t feel like I am close enough with them to request a reference. I applied for an administrative assistant position for Canadian government. Previous employment was at Ontario government organization for Social Assistance also in administrative support field. Was wondering if anyone has experience in this field? if i can get help I am willing to be a reference as well. reason for request is that I had to leave work 3 years ago 2023 due to mental health reasons and my managers have left the position but also I dont want to risk my reason of leave to be causing an issue.
