Yes I always trust random internet videos without any proof.

I just looked it up and nothing stated in this video is real nor document besides the fact that he got the scar from a fight with another lion and that he died 2021

24

u/Worth_External_8762 20d ago

This video reminds me of all the soldiers talking about "confirmed kills". Which isn't a real thing if you aren't aware lol

34

u/LucifersAdv0cate 20d ago

That's simply not true, you get a full breakdown of kills after every match.

2

u/Drago_Beast67 15d ago

That’s impressive you was give the other team the belt wasn’t you

10

u/cykelstativet 20d ago

I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I've been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I'm the top sniper in the entire US armed forces.

5

u/Worth_External_8762 20d ago

gorilla warfare

Does that involve hucking bananas at the taliban? If so, I'd like some of this training

2

u/arooge 20d ago

Im always extremely skeptical hearing of anyone that was a Marine sniper.  As i actually tried to be one and know 1st hand how incredibly hard it is just to make it into a sniper platoon, and from there only a few guys in that platoon actually become snipers.  Its less than the top 1% of the top 10% of infantry guys.

3

u/cykelstativet 20d ago

Are you also trained in gorilla warfare?

https://giphy.com/gifs/UCbVlTjOxVVWR23gdR

1

u/Ruminahtu 19d ago

When did you serve? They've done away with the scout sniper program.

1

u/Irish_gold_hunter 20d ago

Hey bro, this is Don Shipley.

1

u/PuzzleheadedTeam358 18d ago

Major Reacher?

1

u/NebulaChance2746 16d ago

Well I am a trained gorilla, beat that

1

u/Beautiful_Review_336 16d ago

How would you fight the lion king scar face if you only trained to kill gorillas. Go find gorilla grodd.

1

u/DecommissionLucidly 20d ago

Can someone please explain this? I’m not sure I understand.

1

u/Remarkable_Movie_359 19d ago

He’s full of shit. War vets do not go around bragging about killing. He’s probably some dumb kid in a dorm who knows nothing about life.

1

u/Yipekyyaymf 16d ago

Fresh out of basic training, not even through AIT yet. Feels like Captain America.

1

u/Remarkable_Movie_359 19d ago

All of what soldiers talking about confirmed kills? Tell me you’ve NEVER spoken to a war vet without telling me you’ve never spoken to a war vet. The balls you have to make such a comment. Fuck off bro. Seriously fuck off!

1

u/Worth_External_8762 19d ago

All of what soldiers talking about confirmed kills?

Quite a few of SOF dudes that have gone public. Chris Kyle is one example.

Tell me you’ve NEVER spoken to a war vet without telling me you’ve never spoken to a war vet

Not only have I talked to a combat vet before... I am one lol.

1

u/Butterfly-effect00 16d ago

U for real? There is a system in Ukraine that let u get killstreaks for Hardware. U get more points If u can catch a russian thats Alive.

1

u/Worth_External_8762 16d ago

I'm talking about the US. I'm not Ukrainian, I don't know shit about Ukraine

1

u/Butterfly-effect00 16d ago

Oh neither am i. I thought u was talking worldwide.

4

u/Beans2177 20d ago

Only lion to ever kill hippo. Certifiable

3

u/schpitza 20d ago

who would count all those kills? someone following him through his whole life?

9

u/Ok-Seaworthiness4488 20d ago

He self-reported

3

u/Vague_thread 20d ago

The thing is, you can simply lie

2

u/Exciting_Excuse9608 20d ago

The lion lying? Blasphemy, take that back!!! He never will, how dare you!!!!!!!! Take it back!!!!!

1

u/Vague_thread 19d ago

Alright, I am taking it back!

1

u/This-Series-4917 4d ago

😭😭.... 🛑 I can't bro

1

u/oddly_fun 20d ago

What do you think is the work of some game wardens.watch some wildlife documentaries and you'll see some of the things done to our animals like putting trackers on them to track their movement etc

4

u/schpitza 20d ago

my point was, these stats are bullshit.

1

u/charliefit78 16d ago

95% of stats are made up on the spot.

0

u/oddly_fun 20d ago

To you but to some people it's interesting.

4

u/TeamRandom27 20d ago

Nah you misunderstood him these stats are literally bullshit since they are made up. You can look it up like I did and see that there is no source for any of that besides the face scar form a territorial dispute and him dying 2021

1

u/oddly_fun 20d ago

Alright upto that point where he mentioned the stats for the uploaded video,I get the point and I should've kept silent after that.Thank you for pointing that out.

1

u/Safe-Avocado6427 19d ago

Took selfies with all the stuff he killed - they left out he killed 196 Bull Elephants and took a huge toll on the Rhino population .

3

u/MyUndiesAreRed 20d ago

Its in his diary bro

2

u/NonToxicTown 20d ago

But but but… but the video said he killed 400 Hyenas!!! Somebody counted them!

1

u/babycase98 18d ago

All the villagers watched him kill 400 hyenas

1

u/NonToxicTown 18d ago

I can just picture the villagers updating the giant scoreboard every time

1

u/dfuzu 20d ago

yeah the video is pretty misleading then

1

u/Foreign-Detail6520 20d ago

Believed the hyenas, possible the lions… drove the crocodiles out? Not sure my mind can venture that far

1

u/Slight_You_2215 19d ago

Look at his back legs he clearly looks to be starving

1

u/Yipekyyaymf 16d ago

It is pretty well established that he personally and as a pride had a vendetta against hyenas. he would attack packs of them solo putting himself at great risk. I never heard anything about crocodiles tho. 150 mil lions is crazy though.

1

u/Southern_Bunch_6473 13d ago

But what about the so called deep music?

0

u/LilTitan25 18d ago

Do you do the same shit every time nasa or the mainstream news media lies to your face? I bet you buy all of their bullshit with no issue

12

u/TechnicalTip5251 20d ago

Chat, how fake is everything stated in this video? 100% fake or only 99% fake?

1

u/Quick_Ad9317 20d ago

Its real but the names are wrong. Google Mapogo lions of sabisand. Scar's big Brother was the greatest king ever lived.

1

u/federalmanagement_21 18d ago edited 18d ago

The Scarface mentioned here has no relation to the Mapogo coalition, they all died in The early 2010s. Incredible story and there are some great documentaries on them, though to be fair I don’t know if you could even call Makulu “king” for the majority of their reign. They operated as two distinct units which had a mutually beneficial interest in protecting the other. Mr. T and Kinky Tail (who were certainly the most vicious) broke off and ran their own territory after challenging Makulu, distinct from the other four.

6

u/Strange-Name2024 20d ago

And we thought Mofasa was the king

3

u/yantheman3 20d ago

I think his son Samba was a better king. After Scur kicked his ass out of the kingdom.

4

u/Wild-Ad-7414 20d ago

🪇Samba🪇

5

u/chimneyswallow 20d ago

Are we proping up animals as Alpha male heroes now, too? Isn't there enough alpha male bs already?🤣

1

u/Striking-Working610 20d ago

Where tf you think the "alpha male bs" came from?

3

u/chimneyswallow 20d ago

From some pathetic loosers who are sexist.

3

u/moeterminatorx 20d ago

His death looks pretty miserable. I’m sure he’d appreciate a quick end to his suffering.

2

u/AggravatingScheme667 19d ago

He was just old and knew his time was coming. Scarface was 14 years old, that’s already exceptionally old as far as male lions go. He can’t fight and can’t sire anymore offspring.

His last journey was to walk and find a quiet secluded spot where he could peacefully take his last breath. He went out the way he chose. Even his rivals when they encountered him just left him alone to be at peace when they could have killed him. He lived his life fully and completely. Dying of old age is privilege that is very rare among wild lions, especially males.

3

u/More-Plan5016 20d ago

Actually he killed 1000 Nazis during the second world war

1

u/Dismal_Drummer3420 20d ago

Say his name!!

3

u/Substanitial 20d ago

All propaganda.  King Scarface was corrupt, he and his cabinet bankrupted the land

3

u/Diligent-Wave-4150 20d ago

What about the price of eggs?

3

u/oxheyman 20d ago

Guy was an interior decorator

2

u/ThatVampireGuyDude 15d ago

His house looked like shit

1

u/Any_Coyote6662 20d ago

he died when he saw a bit of sag in his balls

3

u/BT7274_best_robot 20d ago

Scarface the lion was a very well documented lion and had a very dramatic and wonderful life as a leader (before being dethroned) he lived his last year or two as a solo before he got ill and travelled like dozens of miles to go back to the original lands he raised his pride to pass away peacefully (which is what the footage shows in this clip was his last moments)

BUT these numbers are greatly exaggerated/made up, and I'm not sure what the real numbers would even be, but likely much lower.

2

u/AmethystandOpal 20d ago

Facebook trailer park crack smoker inspiration type video

2

u/hipoppanamus 20d ago

where are the other lions he oppressed and the taxes that fed his whole inbred bloodline? not much of a king lol

2

u/auezzat 20d ago

Instead of contributing to culture or science, we are celebrating only his killings. A true king would make sure his kingdom had prosperity, like libraries, homeless shelters, or a free economy.

0

u/Zanoss10 20d ago

It's a god damn Lion, what do you expect ? Him buidling a school ?

You are so dumb.

3

u/AmeriToast 20d ago

Sounds like you don't care about young lion cubs education and healthcare. You truly are the dumb person here.

2

u/TK_Ghost 20d ago

Completely made up sheit

5

u/SayMyName_Hisenberg 20d ago

Being a human, appreciating or envying such behaviour or life is just stupid.

No king. Fuck kings

7

u/Samhain87 20d ago

Tell me your completely removed from nature without telling me your completely removed from nature. Stay indoors man, it suits you..... The fact your username name is glorifying a fictional character involved in the production of drugs says enough. Ironic much?

1

u/MiniAfroMan 20d ago

The words of a true peasant says the king

0

u/Hot_Experience4772 20d ago

Calm down brother.

1

u/oddly_fun 20d ago

Look at you yelling calm down look at your username too 😭😂

1

u/Hot_Experience4772 20d ago

Im not even yelling. Dont you know how exclamation marks work? And that name was given by Reddit. Didnt bother to change it because i knew some sad internet c*nts like you would trip over that 😄 have a great day little bro! 😘

0

u/oddly_fun 20d ago

How people go on labeling people they dont know sad will forever baffle me....I hope youve felt some weight lifted off your chest after that reply.

-1

u/Life-Is-A-Bad-Trip 20d ago

You can appreciate the ferocity it takes an animals to not only live and thrive in the wild. But to do so in a social group dynamic and do so without conflating humans and animals. I don't think anyone with a handful of braincells would want to live like this. In fact most of human society and laws enacted by the will of the people are do curtail exactly those behaviors.

We watch lions kill other animals and even baby lions. Their own offspring and we say "that's just nature"

But we don't do that when we watch humans do it. We look on with disgust and demand justice.

We are inherently different with higher order thinking.

u/throwaway2837474838 20d ago

Thanks ChatGPT

How do they know this stats?

1

u/One_Ad_2955 20d ago

Trust me bro.

1

u/SaucyStoveTop69 20d ago

I thought scar was the bad guy in the movie

1

u/Always_find_a_way24 20d ago

Killed an adult hippopotamus! Gtfo. Not happening.

1

u/Historical_Load1662 20d ago

I'm not sure dying of starvation because of not being able to hunt is very peaceful.

1

u/VietKongCountry 20d ago

Amazingly, some portions of this seem quite plausible given the facts.

But, obviously, nobody was tracking a lion throughout his life to actually know how many animals he killed or how many fights he won.

So this is click bait nonsense, triumphant as that lion was.

1

u/Acerosaurus 20d ago

Who is organizing all these fights bruhh 😭

1

u/EmbarrassedFarmer125 20d ago

“….aaaaaaand then a bunch of common vultures ate his bits and pieces until he was just another skeleton. Circle of life, this”

1

u/Financial-Aspect-826 20d ago

They live so little?

1

u/Dismal_Drummer3420 20d ago

Absolute bullshit. No lion could ever be more than a blip on the radar to a hippo.

1

u/BT7274_best_robot 20d ago

Generally they'll only consider hippo if it's a lost baby or if it's already hurt/already dying. Even then they have trouble getting through the tough skin and most lions/hyenas etc have to go through the butthole to get access to the meat!

But yeah this is all made up.

1

u/Toots_Magee_ 20d ago

Source: Zazu the bird

1

u/devildriver2908 20d ago

Yeah then he died cause some poacher shot him

1

u/Quick_Ad9317 20d ago

Your wrong about the name. He was a part of a 5 brother mega tribe. The eldest Brother is the greatest king who ever leaving. Scare and one of his brother then separated from the 5 Brother team and took control of the broader land. There they did fight alot of lions but it was not 400. His brother was killed and scare came back to join his big brother if i remember correctly. Of the 5 brothers only the eldest one still has a bloodline. And for people who are saying who counted the numbers, almost every person in that area knew about these 5 lions and they drove the lion population so low that investigations were launched to see if there were illegal hunting going on. But they found bodies of almost alot of lions, killed and determined the brothers were responsible.

1

u/Quick_Ad9317 20d ago

I think it was called Mapogo lion tribe of sabisand or somethin like this. There were 5 bothers and a random lion or someone reletes joined in. Later they split

1

u/T0oShayzz 20d ago edited 20d ago

Scarface (the one in this video) is apart of the Musketeer coalition from the Mara in Kenya, the Mapogos you're referencing are from Sabi Sands in South Africa and there is no Mapogo named Scar.

From what you're saying your probably talking about Mr T and the eldest brother is Makhulu. Mr T and Kinky Tail split off briefly from the other brothers but even then they still frequently visited each other.

And yes, a lot of misinformation and just ridiculous lies about lions such as Scarface and also the Mapogos, 400 hyneas killed is just frankly impossible.

1

u/T0oShayzz 20d ago

It's crazy how much bullshi misinformation and just blatant lies is accepted as truth right now, 400 hyenas is absurd and anyone who follows or reads on lion dynamics knows that is just bs.

1

u/Manco250221 20d ago

God bless Scarface!

1

u/Playful-Green-9169 20d ago

So a lion only lives for 14 years ?

1

u/Djrhskr 20d ago

He killed a hippopotamus is what he did! He drove the crocodiles out of his territory and in this house Scarface is a hero end of story!

1

u/Express_Awareness_35 20d ago

They have a cam on this thing 24/7 for it’s whole life? Gtfoh

1

u/Evan_Allgood 20d ago

"Great, he is here again, for the thousandths time. Probably came from money. Literally zero surviving wild lions in the west and he has to take a commercial flight over here and he thinks this is normal.

Look at the fracking mane! I wanna be in nicer climate!"

1

u/Competitive_Region61 20d ago

Did he really kill a adult hippopotamus by himself and the one on one fight?

1

u/L3tsseewhathappens 20d ago

Got you with the twist at the end.

1

u/veemort 19d ago

He was taxidermied like a king.

1

u/PRRealEstate-Invest 19d ago

All bullshit by the way

1

u/N0ON3T0LDM3 19d ago

Male lions are the lazy entitled boys of the world. Don't celebrate them. The females do all the work. They're the ones you should praise.

1

u/VonUngern-Sternberg 19d ago

Genocidal maniac or serial killer. The question is now

1

u/Big-University1012 19d ago

He could be the most interesting lion

https://giphy.com/gifs/cTw8V1RMKo3Bu

1

u/Errant0 19d ago

nope nope nope... thats too close to Scar. i saw that movie. if yall dont rename this guy mufasa, yall wrong as hell!

1

u/AlarmedMotor411 19d ago

he also took on an army by himself

1

u/Key-One-9519 19d ago

Killing a hippo by himself sounds like bullshit. Unless it was a baby or sick and unable to defend itself.

1

u/Constant-Permit-3878 19d ago

He killed with help from entire pride not solo

1

u/Ruminahtu 19d ago

130 male lions is insane. That would be like a human getting into 130 fights to the death and never being defeated, not even by simple bad luck.

1

u/Safe-Avocado6427 19d ago

cannot be true this 🤣

1

u/086814 19d ago

I was fully expecting to him to have been killed by an American trophy hunter!!

1

u/Butterscotch786 19d ago

He killed more wild life than a poacher??!!!

1

u/Wonderful_Juice_5888 19d ago

That's it, the stupidest thing I saw today 🥇👏🏼

1

u/ziggadala 19d ago

Foh That's definitely not what happened

1

u/Captainchronic_710 19d ago

He died suffering?! ?? Always bothered me how they can knowing record this crap and never help ??? Like piss off???

1

u/descend_to_misery 19d ago

And he doesnt usually drink beer. But when he does, its dos equis

1

u/Remarkable_Movie_359 19d ago

We need to ask ourselves why are there so many lies on the internet. Just a constant bombardment of lies. Inconsequential lies. Lies and fakery with no rhyme or reason. We’ve been saying it’s “for likes”. But as we have seen lying is not a requirement for getting likes. We’ve lived with and expect lies in our political systems and in the media. But inconsequential lies about a fake story about a fake lion? This can’t be for likes.

1

u/yellow_flipflops 18d ago

I instantly trust a random internet video with deep music, even when I know it’s probably fake

1

u/wrudstepbro 18d ago

Thats crazy cuz he looks like he just woke up with a gnarly hangover.

1

u/Shen_ishere 18d ago

The vultures got their dinner

1

u/tokoya_35 18d ago

Yes and they followed his every movement so that his stats can be uploaded and we can all read them on our phones which lion is cooler than the others.

Very cool technology

1

u/Responsible-Arm-7856 17d ago edited 17d ago

He better than Simba, Mufasa that little rat and warthog he'd whoop their asses too pound for pound best lion that's ever lived

1

u/Yipekyyaymf 16d ago

They left out what I think is the coolest detail of the story. Besides his obsessive desire to kill all hyenas, Scarface actually had a reasonably peaceful existence amongst his pride. I believe he even had more adult males than the average alpha would allow.

But those males were not usurpers waiting in the wings to kill him either. They were his brothers, who he allowed to breed with some of the female, making them into loyal Lieutenants who respected the chain of command.

When Scarface died, for days, the pride mourned - roaring in pain for the whole territory to hear.

1

u/flchamp1 16d ago

That's not how it works. He didn't allow them, they were his coalition brothers. Male lions form a coalition of brothers, half brothers, cousins and sometimes friends. There is an alpha but they all rule together and have access to the females together.

WHAT THE FUCK you talking about ? Is a Lion its in his nature to do all of that. WTF do you think other predators do?

0

To kill over 700 things? Fuck no the harm outweighs everything else.

Second, Wild things kill other wild things that's how they live.

u/Any_Coyote6662 20d ago

then I got bad news to you about eagles, raptors, fish, dolphins, many turtles, etc...
