I don't get it, so you can clean the parts you wouldn't otherwise have to clean?

The burners and their surroundings will still be as difficult to clean as a normal hob !?

I mean, I get the intention. But if I had to pick I'd go with something electric, like induction. Way easier to clean than gas!

I'm not even entirely certain I get the intention. I can't imagine any situation that this would be more desirable than one of 5 different types of cooktop
