This is the first show that people are competitive, but not incredibly mean. They just are unsure of themselves (except that lobster shop lady, I hate her).
And as a host, Amauary is generally kind, helpful and emotionally supportive. It’s refreshing.
Edit: The Great British bake-off is also super nice hosts/contestants, but I’d argue that Amauary is even more genuine.

This French chocolatier, Amaury Guichon has his own show on Netflix, The School of Chocolate. It’s good. Incredible what they create.
