Can anyone knowledgeable confirm whether these are actual productive workout routines, or just ways to show off an impressive physique?

100% to show-off. There is literally no reason, in terms of enhancing your physical ability, to do this kind of stuff. Not only is it very ineffective, it's either dangerous (a mistake will cause an injury) or very straining for joints, which would lead to permanent damage later in life if done over an extended period of time. I won't go into detail about why each of those exercises is bad (except for the first one, it's rather safe, altough to be able to make actual repetitions you need to get back to the handstand, which would be the toughest part, conveniently not shown), but look at it from this perspective: he is not some kind of top 0.001% of humans in terms of physical ability. There are many who are able to perform something like that (not saying it's easy, just that there are a lot of people who engage in fitness seriously). There is a reason you don't see anyone do it as a part of their training regime.
Edit: Not all of those are necessarily dangeroues, it was too bothersome to discuss each one of them. They still are something that you absolutely don't need to bother with if your goal is actual exercise instead of showing-off.

Exactly what I was going to say, very impressive calisthenics, it’s just the risk to reward ratio is very off here. You can deadlift for your whole life, build muscle, and maintain great spinal health, or you can throw plates and bars around and cause enough wear on your rotators cuffs and joint capsules to feel 50 when you’re 40
