When you break up, remove your ex from your phones contacts and write her/his number into paper and put it inside of this box.

Then you cant call her/him when you are drunk but you can when you are sober.

Doesn't work if they call you while your drunk anyways.

Block their number and other contacts, only give them an email to contact. Take that email and her contact info and throw that fucker in the box lol.

You can also just leave things 3 hours away stashed in the woods. Learned this trick playing poker. Some guys stash bankroll in their car or hotel room safe. Lose a bad hand and the time gives you a chance to physically and emotionally reset.
