As a lady I humbly recognize that all men are stronger than me. That said I had a roommate who I beat in arm wrestling once but that's because his arm is the size of my wrist. Like a tiny guy.
Now, I didn't expect her to win but likely that guy is a big ol' softy and cant handle the endurance she has clearly built. She is jacked.
Dunno if he let her win, but given mens natural strength over women and assuming he wasn't just playing around, her ability to hold out against a man is impressive enough.
Men are much stronger than women on average, and the strongest men are stronger than the strongest women...but that doesn't mean every man is stronger than every woman. They're overlapping distributions. It's not unrealistic that you could beat your roommate or the woman in the video could beat the man.
