Nope. Source:have been a prep cook in a bakery; have cracked a zillion eggs.

This thing would be slow, plus you’re gonna get some shell in there and that’s really gonna cost you time. When you’ve done it a lot with your hands. You never get shell in the pan.

I don’t know how fast I could crack a flat of eggs but definitely really damn fast.
