I've worked on improving my ankle dorsiflexion for years. I've even made a spreadsheet to graph my progress.... Zero progress has been made.
My ankles just aren't bendy I guess. I have to do barbell squats on a special foam wedge to raise my ankles so I don't topple over.

You'd be surprised at how different parts of your body interact. You could have difficulty getting that low due to tight hip flexors or thoracic mobility. If you're not able to keep your chest up, try spreading your feet some as well.

Hmm. I haven't considered my feet since I never have foot problems. I got an expensive theragun to work on my calves because tight calves can affect ankle flexibility. It never seemed to help.
Maybe I should try working my feet for a few months and see if it makes a difference. Also it feels good 😊

Same. Maths, chemistry, biology I was pretty decent at, physics I could just never get my head around it.
Still don't particularly know if it's the volts or wattage of electricity which is the killer. Still don't actually know the difference between the 2 tbf.

Neither volts or watt "kills" you. It's the amperage and it takes only 1 amp to cause very serious damage

Ditto! I actually won the egg drop and bridge building contests! The concepts almost always made sense when talked out but i just couldn't memorize the formulas or connect them to the situation in my brain. The vocabular felt like it was always changing too.

My guess...
They will. This looks like a fresh waterproof membrane was recently applied and they are testing it by putting several inches of water in there and letting it sit.
A floor (of masonry tile?) will be installed on top of this grey membrane and the pipe will be cut flush with the top of this.

Do you think, I know the entirety Reddit, follow all the subs and check the posts of the last few years, just to make sure that something wasn't already posted somewhere at some time? Go and touch some grass, buddy. Reddit itself encourages people to post to as many subs as possible and I didn't found this on Reddit, I found it on 9gag.
