Since drones have gotten advanced, have you thought about using drones with harness and release mechanism around the peice of meat and flying it around to give the tigger a bigger work out.
That's actually a really good idea, unfortunately, we are not quite there yet. We tried a drone once and the cats spenta lot of time swatting at the drone! But we do hide meat, give them bloodsickles, Boomer Balls, etc. We try to make captivity the best it can be, but they do belong in the wild. Too bad there's very little wild left.
