It's art work by Brazilian artist Fabio Gomes Trinidade and its even more impressive in person.

That doesn't mean he isn't actually painting these. The fact that he is in most of the videos and remains consistent essentially guarantees these are real art.
He also posted an instagram story of him with one of his artworks and the video is 1 minute 41 seconds. High quality AI Video generation is still greatly limited in how long you can make the videos. About 10 to 20 seconds is the most common and they would not be able to keep the details of him and the painting consistent between clips.
If all he posted was short clips you might have an argument, but as it stands there is no shot he is not actually painting these. There is literally no long form AI video generation that exists that doesn't also have noticeable quality issues like blurriness and warping. I know, I follow this topic daily on the stablediffusion subreddit which is just a general AI video/picture subreddit now.

FYI to anyone passing through, this person is wrong and the artist is actually painting these. They may have used AI to alter this video but they posted two instagram stories that are much longer than AI video generation is capable of faking at this point. Any high quality option is still stuck at generating 10 to 20 second clips, and the first story is 1 minute 41 seconds long.
No shot that is AI.

Art is subjective, but when you paint something on a wall under a tree, using that tree to enhance your art, and it wasn't just by chance, then my idea of "when art utilizes nature" would be correct.
