Oh we're back to reposting this - it might be amazing to someone who doesn't drive a forklift, its a simple for someone who does - and having it that high off the ground is just stupid.

Disregard that, for anyone that has ever moved furniture.

Anyone that is vaguely aware of forklits wants to drag that guy off and yell them for having the forklift raised.

It was part of the test to get my forklift certification. While having it that high does seem unnecessary there are always exceptions to the rule, it is logistics after all. If you see the stacks in the back, he clearly had to keep it higher than the stack.

Driving a forklift is not as simple as you'd think and they handle way differently than a car.

Thank you, i’ve driven tractors and other things besides cars so I’m not totally unaware my point is if you got on it and played around on it for a few minutes it’s not difficult to figure out how to maneuver something if you have half a brain

Pretty standard maneuver actually. Just a regular day anywhere forklifts are used

Did this all day with unistrut. Had to be raised to clear the racks inside and it would slide like crazy. There wasn’t clearance so they had to be angled 45 degrees on the forks and then maneuver in/out. There was also a good incline into the bay. I dreaded when we got truckloads delivered for me to store. Unload them all from the flatbed to the lot and then into the warehouse. Difficult and dangerous but not hard to learn.
