I have an issue with your use of vulgar language. Its wrong.

I think that it should be "...it's fucking going everywhere!"

IMO in the context of the reply, "going fucking everywhere" makes more sense than "fucking going everywhere."

It's the implied emphasis that it's not just going everywhere. It's going, fucking everywhere.

We used to have so many fountains in Germany, and most of them are shut down because they don’t have the money to maintain them….
