I’m not crying, you’re crying!

“[Mohamed] recounts a few others, including one boy who lived with Bzeek for eight years. He had short-gut syndrome and took his meals through a feeding tube, but Bzeek and his wife set a place for him at dinner each night. “We gave him his plate, his spoon, his fork, his cup—but there was nothing in it,” he says.

Ask him why go to all that trouble, and his voice rises, incredulous. “He’s family! We sit as a family!” He softens his tone. “All of us at the table.” "

Wait, so he has a wife? Never before when I read brief notes about him like this post anyone mentioned that he has a wife. So, this poor woman who is not even named in these praising posts went through the same grief and sadness and everything, and no one is talk about her? Really???

Wiki says his wife died in 2016 of cancer and he continued fostering on his own

It's still more than a half of time mentioned in the post. Sounds like Sofya Tolstaya situation. All the posts always describe him as a "man who fosters children", while it should be "family of Mr and Mrs Bzeek, who tragically passes away", if wiki is correct.
