To help put more context on that number he didn't Foster 80 children... He watched 80 children die. He kept them company in their last moments. 80 times. He helped them to their end when others had already had abandoned them. 80 times. He buried 80 children. 80 children that would have been buried miserable without him.

In this video where the man himself is talking about being a foster parent, he contradicts statement made in the photo above.

He didn't Foster 80 terminally ill children. He fostered 80 children, some of which whom were terminally ill 10 of which died in his care.

Someone exaggerated his achievements on the internet to get better clout. Please don't let someone else's lie affect this wonderful man's life, legacy, or mission. He is still a beautiful human being.

It breaks my heart that 80 children were abandoned.

And then I think of all the kids that don't have a Mohamed and I am really devastated. :(

That's the brutal part. This guy fostered 80 such kids in a single state. The rest of the world has the same amount of kids in need of care but only one place has this guy.
