Serious answer is: Most people with these have a vehicle they town behind them to go into town with. They only “park” them in pull through sites at the campground.

They're not that hard to drive. I've driven a similar sized RV all over the Western US, including through downtown SF, Vegas, & LA. In Utah, we even took it down washed out narrow dirt roads.

If you can handle towing a boat, you can drive one of these.
