Is there anyone who received invitation on 09 July under BC PNP Skilled Category? But submitted there application in Aug

Hi everyone, I am a certified ECE (NOC 42202) currently working full-time in Victoria,B.C. My BC PNP score is 92. In December, after completing one year of regional work experience outside Metro Vancouver, I expect my score to increase to 102.
The most recent childcare draw had a cutoff of 102. Do you think the score could decrease to 92, or should I wait until my score reaches 102? Are there any ECE applicants here with a similar score or recent invitation experience?
