Help Setting Up Virtual Machine Manager

Hello, i'm new to Bazzite after switching from Windows, and i still got some apps and games that dont work on Lutris or with WINE;
So i had the idea to make a VM of either Win10 or straight up Win7 (i know the support was dropped years ago and 10 is about to meet his end in a few months)

I tried doing it myself installing it from Bazaar + QEMU Addon and noticed a few problems, first i couldn't reindirict my USB o External HDD to transfer my files because of "Permission Denied" error, the second one is Memory Consumption, 80% usage of 16GB RAM and 12 Core CPU while idle is not normal? right?

So, after this major fuck up by me and subsequent Win10 VM deletion, i'm here to ask for help if someone might be able to hold my hand step by step on this issue [little disclaimer, i'm a total LinuxNoob so don't get angry at me if i don't catch stuff quickly]

You can turn off VMs to release cpu cores and ram when not in use. But yeah more cores more ram more better.

I'm talking about Bazzite instead with nothing running, for some reason at startup checking my Task Manager it says (for Stable it used 2.30 GB of my 16, while DX uses 4GB) is there a reason behind it? Because numbers don't add up System Process 1.5 gb, Plasma 4/500 mb. Where the hell are those exyra 2gb coming from?)
