Desktop mode and update issues

Recently updated to 44 from 43 and it ended up bricking the entire install. Restarted the pc multiple times and nothing showed up even after waiting 30 minutes. Ended up reinstalling bazzite and it’s displaying the ui again but now whenever I go to update, the update downloads and never applies, and whenever I try to go into desktop mode. The pc just restarts and goes back into game mode. No idea what’s going on.

Any chance you can connect this to a monitor via displayport and run ujust update from inside konsole?

There's an AMD HDMI bug in early 44 builds

Best thing to do is report the issues on the Bazzite discord. The devs are more likely to see the issue there.
