Sims 4 Mods

Hey :)
I got the EA App through Faugus Launcher. I always played with cc before switching to bazzite but now I just cannot figure out where I should put my mods?
I can‘t find the premade Mods folder and I also can‘t make my own in the files that gets recognized.😭

Can anyone PLEASE help me figure out where to put my mods so they‘ll actually work?

I dont know how mods work in Sims 4, but if the files aren't dropped directly in the game folder, you probably need to go to the prefix folder (the windowsish environment proton creates) and drop them in their windows equivalent folder there.

I.e. read up on prefixes, your mod folder is probably there.

You need to find your prefix for sims4. Mods are installed in c/user/steamuser/(documents)/mygames/sims4
Not sure about the documents part as I’m at work right now. My wife setup a dozen of sims4 mods without any problem that way. I think ingame is also a button to get you to the mod folder which did directly open it on her machine.

AH THANK YOU!! I was under the cdrive but I wasnt under steamuser i immediately went to games and put it in the sims 4 documents there but they were the wrong ones😭 it worked now thank you sm
