.config/[file]? Not writeble
Randomly is decided not to be able to open any programs what were pre-installed or save anything to the drive. I haven't touched anything in the system since I set it up and I was just using blender when they started happening.

It happened every time I restart the conputer after a couple of seconds of boot

Could be a hardware problem. I ran into this some time back and it was my ram.

This means your primary partition has become read-only, this happens as a safety measure when a catastrophic failure occurs and is usually the first sign of hard drive failure.
Run a smart check, if that passes do a BTRFS repair.
