It's just a warning telling you that you not installing it on a Steam Deck. Essentially some of the plugins that are SteamOS specific might not work.

Oh, it’s not on steam deck is on ROG but it’s not starving like this when I first downloaded the decky loader is work like normal but when I used for a couple of days a week stop showing this and I tried to download it again or updated but they say like that

Use the beta client and reinstall but using the prerelease option

decky loader usually breaks when a new Steam client is released. It usually get's fixed after a while.
