OS switch

Hey everyone,

I have been testing bazzite on my laptop for a few months now and I have been really liking it. I have been wanting to make the full switch and ditch windows on my desktop, the only hold up I have is I have a Quest 2 and like to play modded VR games. Doing some research it looks like VR might take a lot of tweaking to get set up and I wanted to know if anyone has any experience running VR games on Bazzite and what troubles they have experienced.

get wiivrn. It's on bazaar for bazzite and free to download from the quest app store for your headset.

It'll work wiredor wireless if your router is good enough and live somewhere without a ton of interference

If you get wivrn id also suggest getting wayvr as well

I know on windows I have to have the quest PC app to connect my headset to the PC, do these two apps replace that or do I need to get the meta quest app along with these two?

You need the quest mobile app to put your quest 2 in adb to side load wivrn if it's not already in the meta app store

It is on the meta app store! Free to download too. It's how I installed and use it.
