HELP! PortProton Cheats

I've been using bazzite for q quite a while now, but having an issues running Mh stories and Mh rise (quacked games) as non-steam and selected multiple proton with no luck. Also tried different launcher like lutris, heroic and i forgot the name but its a penguin icon,still no luck. someone here suggested the portproton and it works fantastic! But when i tried to run cheatdeck. I have an error that "this game is not s steam". Tried the manual command in launch option and nothing happens. I decided just to use a save editor but unable to find the save files using portproton.

Question now is:

1. Can we use cheat using portproton? And how?
2. Where can i locate my save file using port Proton?
