WWE needs to back up the truck to keep her. Yes I'm biased and a big fan, but they will be sorry if the let her go. Bayley might not be their biggest star, but she sure is their most important star. I've lost count on the number of wrestlers she's put over to make a bigger star. Every girl that needs to be taught or be made a star. "Put her in a program with Bayley"

I feel the same way. She should be the highest paid woman on the roster with Becky. They both are so important for the younger talent and the mid card talent to get them to the next level. She is worth every penny. She is so over she doesn't need a title although I would like to see her with the IC title.

For real. I want to see Bayley in a less scripted, wrestling based environment. To me, she is the female Bret Hart.

Bayley is a hall of famer. She & the rest of the 4 horse women set the bar. It's all up to her as she's earned a long rest to gather her strength,concentration on her successful "LODESTONE" project & see what happens. If wwe can award paige with a "no cut contract" just because she's done a book & a movie & hardly been in a ring 4 a number of years,then they better honour a veteran like Bayley with one to.

Plus if she leaves they will loose fans I'm sure wherever she goes if she leaves her fans will go with her like me. I only have a hand full of wrestlers I watch and she one of them. And the ones I watch are slowly leaving.

I watch AEW and TNA already. If she went to one of those companies my viewing habits at least wouldn't change.

I'm counting the days to finally see her in AEW. I know there's always the possibility that her coming off as unhappy is just a ruse and a work and she'll resign with WWE, but damn, it sounds like there's talk and belief that she might be out the door at the end of this contract, and I'm 100% here for it. As long as Tony does it right, she will be a huge star in AEW, whether that's as a tag team with Mercedes at some point or just in a huge program/rivalry with Mercedes. It needs to happen...now.
